Photo sliding

In this thoroughly explained, detailed flash lesson, I will show you how to create advanced photo sliding in flash using some special flash tricks. This photo sliding you can use for any photo presentation or animation, for some flash banner, or header. You don't have to use action script code to make this lesson. Using this lesson, you will also learn how to apply flash filters on any Movie Clip, how to create Motion Tween and much much more!
Example:
Step 1
Start flash and set your Flash movie's frame rate to 32.

Step 2
Choose File > Import > Import to Stage (shortcut key: Ctrl+R) and Import any picture.
Step 3
While the picture is still selected, press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert this picture into a Movie Clip Symbol. See the picture.

Step 4
Click on frame 20 and after that on frame 30 and press F6 key.
Step 5
While you're still on frame 30, take the Selection Tool (V) and click once on the picture to select it. Then, click on the Filters tab in the Properties panel. Click on the plus icon and select the Adjust Color filter. Make the adjustements as follows:
a) Brightness: 47 b) Contrasr: 87 c) Saturation: -55 d) Hue: - 177

Now, you get this effect:

Step 6
Right-click anywhere on the gray area between frame 20 and 30 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears.

Step 7
Click on frame 40 and press F6 key.
Step 8
While you're still on frame 40, take again the Selection Tool (V) and click once on the pictur to select it. Then, click again on the Filters tab in the Properties panel. Click on the plus icon and select the Glow filter. Make the adjustements as follows:
1. Blur X and Y : 100 2. Strength : 180% 3. Quality : Low. 4.check the Inner glow. 5. Color : black

Now, you get this:

Step 9
Right-click anywhere on the gray area between frame 30 and 40 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears.

Step 10
Create a new layer above layer 1 (layer 2). Click on frame 35 and press F6 key.
Step 11
While you're still on frame 35, choose File > Import > Import to Stage (Ctrl+R) and Import some other picture.
Step 12
While the picture is still selected, press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to Convert this picture into a Movie Clip Symbol.

Step 13
Take the Selection Tool (V), click once on the picture to select it. Then, go to the Filters Tab in the Properties panel.Click on the plus icon and select the Glow filter. Then, set the options from step 8. After that, take the choose Adjust Color filter and set the options from step 5. See the picture below.

Step 14
Click on frame 45 and press F6 key. Then, take the Selection Tool (V), click once again on the picture to select it, go to the Properties Panel below the stage and choose Filters. Click on the plus icon and select the Glow filter. Make the adjustements as follows:
1. Blur X and Y : 0 2. Strength : 0 %

Step 15
Click on frame 65 and press F6 key. Then, select the picture again using the Selection Tool (V). Go to the Properties Panel and choose Filters.Click on the plus icon and select the Adjust Color filter. Make the adjustements as follows:
a) Brightness: 0 b) Contrasr: 0 c) Saturation: 0 d) Hue: 0
Step 16
Right-click anywhere on the gray area between frame 35 and 45 and frame 40 and 65 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears.See the picture below.

Test your Movie (Ctrl+Enter).
