With this lesson, you're going to learn how to make eyeball animation in flash. To create this animation you don't have to use Action Script code. You will also learn how to draw eyeball, how to convert it into a Moive Clip Symbol and how to animate it...
Step 1
Create a new flash document and set your Flash movie's frame rate to 16. For background color set white and click ok. See the picture below.

Step 2
Take the Line Tool (N), Select a black as line color, and choose Solid as type of line, with thickness set to 1.

Step 3
After that, draw this line:

Step 4
Then, draw this line:

Step 5
Double click on layer 1 to rename its name in eye outline. After that,click on frame 20 and press F5 key.

Step 6
Create a new layer and name it eyeball.Take the Oval Tool (O). In the Colors portion of the Tool panel, block the Stroke color by clicking on the little pencil icon and then on the small square with the red diagonal line. For Fill color choose #666666 and draw a "circle" like it is shown on the picture below.

Step 7
Take again the Oval Tool (O), but for this time for Fill color choose #000000 and draw another circle within the first circle. See the picture below.

Step 8
Take the Selection Tool (V), select the "eyeball" and press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert this "eyeball" into a Movie Clip Symbol.

Step 9
While you're still on frame 1, place the "eyball" on this position:

Step 10
After that, click on frame 10 and after that on frame 20 and press F6 key.
Step 11
Go back on frame 10 and place the "eyeball" on this position:

Step 12
Right-click anywhere on the gray area between the frame 1 and 10 and frame 10 and 20 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears. See the picture below.

Step 13
We're done with the first eyeball animation. Create every other eyeball animation on a simple way like we have create the first eyeball animation.
