Vibration and Blur effect

In this simple tutorial, I will show you how to apply vibration and blur effect on any object using some special flash tips and tricks. You can use this effect for any presentation, flash banner, header... You don't have to use AS code to make this tutorial.
Step 1
First of all, download a PNG photo!
Step 2
Create a new flash document. Press Ctrl+J key on the keyboard (Document Properties) and set the width of your document to 155 pixels and the height to 360 pixels (as the dimensions of picture). Select white as background color. Set your Flash movie's frame rate to 22 and click ok.
Step 3
Choose now, file > Import > Import to stage (Shortcut key: Ctrl+R) and import a photo into a flash stage!
Step 4
While the photo is still selected, go to the Align Panel (Ctrl+K) and do the following:
1. Make sure that the Align/Distribute to Stage button is turned on, 2. Click on the Align horizontal center button and 3. Click the Align vertical center button.

Step 5
While the photo of women is still selected, press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert this photo into a Movie Clip Symbol.

Step 6
Click now on frame 20 and 25 and press F6 key. While you're still on frame 25, take the Selection Tool (V) and click once on the photo to select it. After that, go to the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3) below the stage! Then, select Filters tab from the left side. Click after that on the plus icon and select the Blur filter. Make the adjustments as follows:

Step 7
While you're still on frame 25, press F6 key four times. See the picture below!

Step 8
Go back now on frame 26 and move your photo a little right, using the Selection Tool or by mouse!
Step 9
Select now frame 27 and move your photo a little right. After that, select frame 28 and move it again a little left and then frame 29 and move it a little right!
Step 10
Click now on frame 60 and 100 and press F6 key.
Step 11
Go back now on frame 60, take again the Selection Tool (V) and click once on the photo to select it! After that, go again to the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3) below the stage! Then, select Filters tab from the left side. Click after that on the plus icon and select the Blur filter. Make the adjustments as follows:

Step 12
Right-click anywhere on the gray area between frame 20 and 25 and frame 29 and 60 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears. See the picture below.

Now, we're done!
